Altruism: A new way towards a better humanity

Altruism is the act of helping others out of the goodness of the heart and not with an agenda in mind – a common way of helping in today’s world. It is a quality that is in demand now but how practical it is yet to be known. We, at CMS, inculcate good values like altruism along with the education and welfare of the children. It is part of their education that we impart.

Everyone is selfish. What makes you is what you do with the selfishness and how you channel it. To be precise, we build character, which is as important as knowledge. It would help them conquer the world in the best way.

How does the children from CMS benefit from this altruistic approach?

Character building: It enhances the ability to be independent and face problems with a smile on the face. We teach them to go forward, not pull someone back; we teach them to use opportunities, not people, we teach them to respect, not prostrate.

Values: Our teachings build values and with our obvious reference to the word of God, we assure you that the approach will be the most humane. The set of values CMS children are taught to follow here will be their guiding start once they the institution to make a living of their own.

Extensive world view: Our teachings does not restrict in the name of culture, tradition or values. We expose them to the best of our values and teachings for better understanding of the people around them.

Anyone can teach academics but it takes something special to teach ways of living.

Altruism for you:

“What goes around, comes around.”

We would like your help in instilling altruistic behaviour in our children. We have begun the circle and we would like you to join hands.
